We want you to be completely satisfied with your Camp Spot purchase. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it.
UPDATED RETURN POLICY
The Camp Spot has extended its return policy and will gladly accept the the return of any returnable merchandise for the 2021 camp season until June 30th, 2021, for store credit only. To initiate a return, print out our Return Authorization Form and fill it out completely; then return the completed form along with your return. ALL VALID RETURNS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT (valid through 2022).
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE?
The Camp Spot will gladly accept the return of any returnable merchandise for any reason. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition. Items that have been washed, worn, personalized or customized are NOT returnable. Items that have been name taped (by The Camp Spot) are not considered personalized and may be returned or exchanged. School spiritwear, alumni and holiday merchandise is always custom made and is not returnable or exchangeable.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Exchanges are easy!! To initiate an exchange, print out our Exchange Request Form and fill it out completely. Then, include a copy of the completed form along with your return.
WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping return merchandise back to us is your responsibility. If you are requesting an exchange for the same or similar item, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item(s) to be shipped back to you. If you are requesting a store credit and accidentally return items to us that are not considered returnable, you are responsible for the return shipping of those items back to you. This amount will automatically be deducted from your store credit.
If we made an error in processing your order, please call 973.994.7416 so we can arrange for the merchandise to be returned at our expense.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Exchanges can take up to one week. If you are in a rush and can't wait for us to process your exchange, it’s no problem, just place a new order for the replacement items and return the initial items for a refund. If you let us know that you are placing a replacement order (when you place the order) we will do our best to expedite it.
