We want you to be completely satisfied with your Camp Spot purchase. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it.

UPDATED RETURN POLICY

Because of COVID-19 we understand that some camps may not open this summer, as such we are extending our return policy (for the 2020 season) from 30 days to up until the 1st day of camp. Thus, The Camp Spot will gladly accept the return of any merchandise for any reason (up until the 1st day of camp) for store credit provided that it is in re-sellable condition and has not been washed, worn, personalized or customized. Items that have been name taped by The Camp Spot are not considered personalized and may be returned or exchanged. Store credits will be valid for all of the 2021 season.

HOW DO I RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT?

We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone and we are doing what we can to make this process as easy as possible for everyone and have streamlined the process. If you are seeking to return your order, or some portion of your order, you must include both a completed COVID-19 Store Credit Request Form and a copy of your order along with your return. Please note that if you accidentally return items to us that are not considered returnable, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of these items. This amount will automatically be deducted from your store credit and the items returned to you. Please do not just send back your entire order without first removing any personalized or customized items. Please note that it your order has been name taped by The Camp Spot, you do not need to remove them, we will do that but you will not receive those name tags back.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Exchanges are easy!! Just print out our Exchange Request Form and follow the directions. All exchanges must be include a completed Exchange Request Form or your exchange will not be processed.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING?

The cost of shipping return merchandise back to us is your responsibility. If you are requesting an exchange for the same or similar item, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item(s) to be shipped back to you. If you are requesting a store credit and accidentally return items to us that are not considered returnable, you are responsible for the return shipping of those items back to you. This amount will automatically be deducted from your store credit.

If we made an error in processing your order, please call 973.994.7416 so we can arrange for the merchandise to be returned at our expense.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

If you are returning items for store credit (e.g. because your camp is not opening this summer), we will process your return as quickly as we can. We just ask you to be very patient with us as we are currently working with a limited and because of the anticipated number of returns this season. We will send you an initial e-mail letting you know that we have received your return and then another e-mail after we have had a chance to process the return. Given the number of returns that we are expecting, we appreciate your patience with this process.


Exchanges can take up to one week. If you are in a rush and can’t wait for us to process your exchange, it’s no problem, just place a new order for the replacement items and return the initial items for a refund. If you let us know that you are placing a replacement order (when you place the order) we will do our best to expedite it.
