UPDATED RETURN POLICY

Because of the uncertainty regarding the status of camp this summer, we had extended our return policy from 30 days to July 10th. As such, we are no longer accepting returns for the 2020 season. Store credits issued in 2020 will be valid for all of the 2021 season.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE?

The Camp Spot will gladly accept any merchandise for return or exchange provided that it is in re-sellable condition and has not been washed, worn, personalized or customized. Items that have been name taped by The Camp Spot are not considered personalized and may be returned or exchanged.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

Exchanges are easy!! Just print out our Exchange Request Form and follow the directions. All exchanges must include a completed Exchange Request Form or your exchange will not be processed.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING?

The cost of shipping exchange merchandise back to us is your responsibility. If you are requesting an exchange for the same or similar item, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item(s) to be shipped back to you. If you send back an item(s) that can't be exchanged, you would be responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to you.

HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE TAKE?

Exchanges can take up to one week. If you are in a rush and can't wait for us to process your exchange, it's no problem, just place a new order for the replacement items and return the initial items for a refund. If you let us know that you are placing a replacement order (when you place the order) we will do our best to expedite it.
